5Steps for Online Registration:
STEP 2: Submission of Applicant’s Details.
The application shall be treated as complete only if all the two mandatory Steps (Step1, Step2) are completed successfully. In case candidate is not able to submit by closing date and time, or the application is otherwise incomplete, his/her candidature will summarily be rejected.
No fee is applicable to submit the application form.
Applicant can view the Application details from the View/Print Application menu option available after successful submission of application form.
6Instruction for uploading Photograph and Signature
The Candidates must keep ready all the relevant documents, scanned photograph and Signature before fill up the application.
Photograph size and format
1. A good quality scanned colour passport size Photograph should be in JPEG/JPG format and file size of the photograph should be in the range of 10 KB to 100 KB. Dimension of photograph to be scanned should be about 250(width) x 320(height) to 480(width) x 640(height) pixels.
Signature size and format
1. The signature must be on a white paper with black/blue ink and the signature must be in running hand, not in BLOCK letters
2. A good quality scanned signature file should be in JPEG/JPG format having file size ranging from 5 KB to 50 KB. Signature should fit in the box of dimensions of about 80(width) x 280(height) to 160(width) x 560(height) pixels.
3. Signature should occupy at least 75% of the box.
Experience Certificate size and format
1. The all Experience Certificates should be scanned in a legible single document (Min. 100 dpi).
2. The Size of document should not exceed 500 KB.
3. Only PDF format is allowed with extension .pdf
Timings: Mon-Fri 9:30 am -1:00 pm & 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm (on working days).
The Server may be under maintenance during 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM every day.

Please retain print-out of application form for future references do not send hard copy of the application form or any documents to the office of CPCB.
On-line application validation rules are designed based on the eligibility criteria and other requirements/information indicated in the eligibility criteria. Applicants are required to read the eligibility criteria carefully and refer to the section "How to Apply" from the top Menu.
Application submitted through online mode does not imply that candidate has fulfilled all the eligibility criteria/conditions.It will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to satisfy whether he/she meets the prescribed criteria. However, the documents will be verified at any point of time during process of recruitment. Applications are subject to further scrutiny at the time of interview and any point of time during the period of service. The application will be rejected if it is found that the applicant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or has misrepresented/suppressed the information. The applicants are requested to ensure their eligibility for the post being applied for before filling up their application.
